Consultancy pageThe property advice and consultancy is provided like the property search services to and through two clubs:- The topics we cover are building land, self build, overseas property, holiday property, buy to let, investments, models and associated fields. We do not provide financial consultancy as such, or advise on mortgages. Geographically this covers property in most of the world but our own direct experience is mostly in the UK and USA, with smaller amounts relating to other European countries. We have also undertaken a number of specific research trips for the clubs looking at specific areas of the USA of interest to them and more of these trips are proposed.
